4. Payment & Refund Policy
Consultations: Initial legal consultations booked through our website are processed via third-party secure processors (Stripe or LawPay).
- Consultation fees are generally non-refundable unless the appointment is cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.
- Retainer fees for legal services are governed specifically by your signed Engagement Letter, not by these website Terms.
5. International Use
We operate legally in the United States, Mexico, and Vietnam. By using this site, you acknowledge that you are accessing a platform that operates across multiple jurisdictions.
